Double-Row Straight Male Pin Header for High-Density PCB Interconnection

The 1.0mm Pitch 2×50 Pin Press-Fit Header is a compact, double-row male pin header designed for high-density PCB interconnection where board space is limited and a 100-position interface is required.

With a 1.00mm pitch, 2×50-pin configuration, and straight vertical layout, this header provides a dense contact arrangement for board-to-board and PCB interconnection designs. The press-fit configuration can be specified for applications where a solder-free PCB assembly process is preferred, subject to the PCB hole design and press-fit contact requirements.

Compared with conventional 2.54mm-pitch headers, the 1.00mm pitch allows substantially closer contact spacing, making this type of connector suitable for compact electronic assemblies, control boards, communication equipment and other space-constrained PCB designs. The 1.00mm pitch format is also widely used in high-density mezzanine and PCB interconnect applications.

• Insulator: PBT (Connfly DS1021, TXGA FPH254F1, CJT) black UL94 V-0; PA6T option (ICKEY 6T) for 260℃ lead-free wave; Nylon 6T/GWT 750℃ option

• Pin: Brass C2680 Ø0.64mm square (ICKEY CJT drawing confirms 0.64 SQ); phosphor bronze C5210 option for >500 cycle (Amphenol Quickie uses PB)

• Plating: Gold flash 0.05µm over 50µ" Ni on 5.84mm mate zone; matte tin 2–3µm on 3.0mm tail; selective 30µ" (0.76µm) gold​ option at 500pc MOQ (Connfly "全金 Type33" class)

• Plastic options: single-plastic 2.5mm height / double-plastic reinforced (anti-bend)
