Overview

The 2.54mm Double Row Straight Male Pin Header​ is the workhorse 0.1" grid interconnect: brass square pins Ø0.64mm pressed into a black PBT UL94 V-0 insulator, 180° through-hole, gold-flashed over nickel on the mating zone. Supplied as a 101.6mm breakaway stick​ (2×40 dual row) that snaps at every 2.54mm to 2×2 / 2×5 / 2×20 etc. – the exact mechanical clone of Connfly DS1021-2X40SF133-B and SEKORM Z-213 2213S-40G double-row straight series.

It mates with standard 2.54mm female headers, DuPont crimp housings, and Arduino/STM32 baseboard receptacles. THT wave-solder tail default 3.0mm; 6.0mm (6T) and 10.8mm total-pin (Connfly 2×40) also stocked.

• Insulator: PBT (Connfly DS1021, TXGA FPH254F1, CJT) black UL94 V-0; PA6T option (ICKEY 6T) for 260℃ lead-free wave; Nylon 6T/GWT 750℃ option

• Pin: Brass C2680 Ø0.64mm square (ICKEY CJT drawing confirms 0.64 SQ); phosphor bronze C5210 option for >500 cycle (Amphenol Quickie uses PB)

• Plating: Gold flash 0.05µm over 50µ" Ni on 5.84mm mate zone; matte tin 2–3µm on 3.0mm tail; selective 30µ" (0.76µm) gold​ option at 500pc MOQ (Connfly "全金 Type33" class)

• Plastic options: single-plastic 2.5mm height / double-plastic reinforced (anti-bend)
