Overview

The Customized Double Row 2.54mm Male Pin Header​ is a through-hole 0.1" grid interconnect tuned for security systems and IP camera modules: brass square pins Ø0.64mm in a black PBT+30%GF UL94 V-0 insulator, 180° straight, gold-flashed over nickel on the mating zone. Supplied as a breakaway dual-row stick (2×20 = 40-pin default for camera module flex header; 2×5 for PoE controller; 2×40 for DVR backplane), snappable at every 2.54mm.

It is the exact mechanical clone of Connfly DS1021 dual-row straight series​ and Valcon THD​ class, but with factory-direct pricing and 5–7-day sample turnaround​ instead of distributor lead times.

• Pin: Brass C2680 Ø0.64mm square (ICKEY CJT drawing confirms 0.64 SQ); phosphor bronze C5210 option for >500 cycle (Amphenol Quickie uses PB)

• Plating: Gold flash 0.05µm over 50µ" Ni on 5.84mm mate zone; matte tin 2–3µm on 3.0mm tail; selective 30µ" (0.76µm) gold​ option at 500pc MOQ (Connfly "全金 Type33" class)
