Injection Workshop

LCP & NYLON high‑precision injection molding for connector housings. Strict mold maintenance to guarantee

housing dimension consistency.

Plating

Automatic plating line for gold‑plated, tin‑plated terminals. Plating thickness strictly controlled, anti‑oxidation

& stable electrical performance.

 Assembly 

Semi‑auto & full‑auto assembly lines for wire‑to‑board, SFP / QSFP, board‑to‑board, card connectors 

and TYPE C connectors. Anti‑static ESD‑protected workshop environment.

Quality Control Lab

Our in‑house testing lab performs full validation for connectors: dimension test, insertion‑withdrawal cycle test,

high‑low temperature test, vibration test, salt spray plating corrosion test. Supports customer custom validation
