Overview

The Custom 2.54mm U-Type Single Row Male Pin Header (5.08mm Jumper Span)​ is a stamped-brass through-hole header where each pin is folded into a "U" arch: two straight legs go into the PCB at 2.54mm pitch, the arch rises above the insulator and spans 5.08mm end-to-end on the 2-pin version​ — exactly matching the distance between two adjacent female sockets so it acts as a permanent soldered jumper/config shunt​ (same role as a black plastic jumper cap, but board-mounted and vibration-proof).

Counts 2/3/4/5-pin cover binary address select (3-pin = 1 bit + NC), boot-mode select (2-pin), I²C address strap (4-pin), SPI/CS strap (5-pin)​ on MCU/dev-board/industrial controller. It is the mechanical clone of SEKORM DS1021-13 2.54×5.08 U-type​ and RealRun PH2.542.5-1nU, with a 5.0 mm tall "蜈蚣脚" insulator option per JCLINK/JC-Link.

• Insulator: PBT (Connfly DS1021, TXGA FPH254F1, CJT) black UL94 V-0; PA6T option (ICKEY 6T) for 260℃ lead-free wave; Nylon 6T/GWT 750℃ option

• Pin: Brass C2680 Ø0.64mm square (ICKEY CJT drawing confirms 0.64 SQ); phosphor bronze C5210 option for >500 cycle (Amphenol Quickie uses PB)

• Plating: Gold flash 0.05µm over 50µ" Ni on 5.84mm mate zone; matte tin 2–3µm on 3.0mm tail; selective 30µ" (0.76µm) gold​ option at 500pc MOQ (Connfly "全金 Type33" class)

• Plastic options: single-plastic 2.5mm height / double-plastic reinforced (anti-bend)
