Overview

The 2.54mm Double Row Straight Male Pin Header – SMT Type​ is the surface-mount evolution of the classic 0.1" pin strip: brass square pins Ø0.64mm pressed into a black PA6T UL94 V-0 insulator, vertical 180° orientation with gull-wing SMD tails​ that reflow on the top side of the PCB — no through-holes, no wave solder. Supplied as breakaway dual-row stick (2×20 = 40-pin default for dev-board/GPIO; 2×40 for industrial controller), snappable every 2.54mm.

It is the mechanical/electrical clone of Konnra KR2542 dual-row SMT straight​ and Würth WR-PHD 610112249121, with optional positioning peg per Denentech P525-XXST02SM — but factory-direct priced and 5–7-day sampled.

• Insulator: PBT (Connfly DS1021, TXGA FPH254F1, CJT) black UL94 V-0; PA6T option (ICKEY 6T) for 260℃ lead-free wave; Nylon 6T/GWT 750℃ option

• Pin: Brass C2680 Ø0.64mm square (ICKEY CJT drawing confirms 0.64 SQ); phosphor bronze C5210 option for >500 cycle (Amphenol Quickie uses PB)

• Plating: Gold flash 0.05µm over 50µ" Ni on 5.84mm mate zone; matte tin 2–3µm on 3.0mm tail; selective 30µ" (0.76µm) gold​ option at 500pc MOQ (Connfly "全金 Type33" class)

• Plastic options: single-plastic 2.5mm height / double-plastic reinforced (anti-bend)
