Overview

The 2.54mm Swiss Machine Rounded Female Header​ is a break-away strip built from turned brass tubes​ pressed into a PPS UL94 V-0 housing – not stamped square contacts. Each round receptacle grips both standard 0.64mm square male headers and 0.64mm round machine pins with uniform normal force, eliminating the "loose square socket" failure common in cheap strips. Supplied as a 40-pin single-row strip (101.6 mm) with score lines, snappable to 4/16/20/32/40; dual-row 2×n also tooled.
